I am writing to you today as I believe there has been a significant lapse in your understanding regarding the technical nature of the services you received during your last visit.

It appears you have conflated our standard maintenance infil; which you have received exclusively in the past with the far more rigorous rebalancing and full removal process you requested this time. For your most recent appointment, you opted for a comprehensive soak-off, which involves the meticulous dissolution of all previous layers in an acetone bath before starting an entirely new set from scratch. As I am sure you can appreciate, this is a premium, time-intensive service that naturally commands a higher fee than a simple 'top-up.'

Furthermore, there seems to be some creative accounting on your part regarding the design work. While we originally agreed upon a price for two leopard print accents, you ultimately requested four from my technician. To be fair to our staff and our other revered clients, we simply cannot provide bespoke artistry at a 50% discount.

During our conversation, you suggested that a mere £10 difference would dictate your future loyalty. We take immense pride in our craft and the quality of our materials; therefore, if our standard professional rates do not align with your personal budget, we entirely respect your decision to seek services elsewhere.

We at Nails of Luxury take all feedback seriously, but we must correct some significant inaccuracies as recorded in our CCTV: 

Pricing Allegations:
The price of our treatment was not £50 but instead £48. This was agreed upon prior to the treatment and service. 

Alcohol Allegations: 
We are a professional salon and we do not serve nor store alcohol in our salon for customer consumption. The claim that a minor was offered alcohol is completely fabricated and a serious defamatory statement which could lead to potential legal action by us. 

We do not accept nor tolerate any spread of false information and disruptive behaviour towards our staff or clients who were seen bothered by the subjected group of client. We are currently in touch with relevant authorised personal and institution regarding the conduct of individuals involved and the malice nature of this review.

We, as a professional institution, take all feedback seriously so we immediately checked our booking system and called appointments for the last month. Curiously, we cannot find any record of a call or a booking matching your description. While it is wonderful that you found a place that perfectly suits your needs, we do ask that future reviewers actually visit our salon before sharing their experiences about us online.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at Nails of Luxury did not meet your expectations. Please know that we always strive to ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and completely satisfied with their visit.
That being said, we would like to kindly clarify a few details mentioned in your review. With regard to pricing, the costs of your treatment were discussed clearly prior to the appointment, and you appeared happy to proceed at the time, expressing no concerns. Our recommendation for nail extensions was made purely with your best interest in mind, and you graciously accepted the suggestion without hesitation.
You also mentioned experiencing discomfort from the UV lamp. We take such matters seriously; however, our equipment is maintained to a high professional standard and used daily by numerous clients at the same settings, without any similar reports. While we do understand that sensitivities can vary, we have found no indication of fault with the device.
We do wish to emphasise that had any aspect of your service felt uncomfortable or unsatisfactory, we would have been more than willing to address it immediately. As clearly stated in our salon and on our website, we always encourage guests to raise any concerns during or directly after their treatment. Unfortunately, no concerns were communicated to our team on the day.
Nonetheless, we extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and truly regret that your visit was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.
