Google Ruby did my luxury pedicure today and she was amazing. She did a very good feet massage, did interact with me, during the pedicure and she did keep asking me if I was ok and she was very friendly and she made me feel comfortable. My feet looks amazing . Thank you Ruby,

Google I went in for a long, thick haircut with hair down to my hips. The hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted, and decided to cut my hair off so that it now sits on my shoulders (about 13 inches). I specifically showed photos of what I wanted, as well as showed how much I was comfortable having off - approx 3 inches. I wasn't listened to, the hairdresser washed my hair, but despite it being up all day, thick and wavy as well as freshly washed there was no detangling. She got a plastic comb from the root and when she couldn't get it through any further cut without letting me know. I was then charged extra for this cut.
I have tried to address this with the owner who promise a refund and for this to be addressed but have been ignored.
