Booked appointment with nil issues and clearly stipulated what I required, nail technician did not speak during the appointment, rude and also did not do my nails as requested. Asked to see selection of colours and not offered option as has been done in previous nail salons. Very disappointing and will return to my previous nail salon as much better service and more friendly staff

Owner Response:

Aside from Andy and the lady who only seems to do people’s feet, several members of the team are extremely rude, dismissive and not customer orientated when doing certain people’s nails. If you do not look like the prototype customer then you will be made to feel less than, by the majority of the workers there. Horrible, considering I was using this nail bar since 2011 before the takeover.
God is watching so I remain kind decent and ALWAYS leave a tip. Make sure your face fits otherwise you will be treated with a total lack of care.
