I booked a cut and blow dry and was allocated to Keira. She really understood my hair which is very fine and she blowdried my hair perfectly. I was really happy with it. I will definately return. The shampooist was great too.

Keira is absolutely amazing. I’ve never had my hair dyed and getting married in a few months I wanted to lighten up my hair slightly. As soon as I walked in she sat me down and discussed what I wanted and suggested a Balayage. Booked an appointment to see her in a few weeks. The team are so welcoming and kind with a great atmosphere. Keira remembered me form before and reiterated what I was wanting to achieve. 5 hours later I was stunned by my hair. It was gorgeous! She’s a true artist. And takes great care in her work. I couldn’t recommend enough 🤍

I had an appointment with Lucey and showed a clear reference photo: layered, shorter at the front and longer at the back. The result was the opposite—a long bob, shorter at the back and longer at the front, with minimal to no layering.
During the haircut, no protective cape was placed over my shoulders. As a result, my t-shirt was cut with the scissors. This was not acknowledged at the time; it was quickly covered up. The damage was later noticed by a friend, who took a photo immediately.
I contacted the salon the same day and was asked to email evidence of the damage. I have since sent three emails over the past week and have not received any acknowledgement or response.
I am extremely disappointed both with the quality of the haircut and the lack of any follow-up regarding the damage to my clothing. I will now be taking this further.

been going to salon 41 to Keira for about three years. she listens to what you want as opposed to doing what she wants (which i have found happening in the past) and is only happy when you are happy with results.
the salon is very friendly as are the owners and i love the fact there is no booming music!

Been getting my hair coloured by Rodney for many years. My hair was a mess, Rodney got me to a beautiful caramel blonde and I’ve stayed that colour for many years. He always knew the right way to protect my broken hair and over the years my hair has become so healthy. I decided to do a big change and go brown, honestly Rodney is a fantastic colourist, I was very nervous about going a darker colour but Rodney gave me the best advice and knew how I wanted it. It turned out better than I could ever imagine. I have dimension, shine and the colour he chose suits my skin tone. If you want a cheeky chappy with excellent skills and will have you laughing the whole way through your appointment then you 100% need to book Rodney!
