Friendly and welcoming, lovely cats eye nails, but sadly made my 3 of my cuticles bleed and all my cuticles swollen/painful for days (3 days later they’re still sore, red and swollen) by over pushing them back and over filing. It’s a shame. Also got BIAB and it wasn’t explained to me that you get these filled in rather than taken off. I’m not a nail person and I told them I never get my nails done! The nails themselves are lovely but not worth the pain and soreness from being too rough and aggressive on the cuticles. Maybe a better place to go if you’re used to getting your nails done and know what to ask for!

Just got home from a pedicure as a treat for starting maternity leave and will have to get it redone elsewhere. I still have hard skin, and it could have done with another coat 😭.

I’ve been going here regularly for the last 2 years now and every experience has been flawless and amazing! I’ve had shellac, acrylics and now Biab and I always love my nails! French tips, gorgeous detailed designs.. Yen and her amazing team are so kind, welcoming and do their job with great care and attention to detail! I hope K&B Nails don’t ever move from Bushey because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! 💅🏽💜

My favourite place. I've been coming to K&Bs for years and have tried everything from extra long acrylics with intricate artwork to natural BIAB. They are so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and offer a top service that never disappoints in a beautiful, clean salon. I don't trust anyone else with my nails!

I have been to this nail bar since the summer and always had a lovely experience. Yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had. The lady who did my nails was rude and did my nails so badly . She didn’t know how to do cats eye application and she did an awful manicure. She literally rushed my nails in 30 minutes and I am so disappointed with the result and she charged me £40 !!!

I’ve been coming here on and off since they first opened. In the beginning, the experience was lovely — the staff were professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly.

There is constant rudeness and attitude from staff, and they often gossip in another language upon clients’ arrival. The timekeeping is also very poor. Bookings over the phone are accepted, but then walk-ins are also taken at random, creating no clear structure. As a result, clients are often left waiting 30–60 minutes or longer, even with an appointment.

It’s a real shame, because this salon once had great potential. Poor management and lack of respect for clients’ time has made the overall experience frustrating and disappointing.

Very rude. No idea how to treat regular customers. With so many nail bars to choose from I dont understand how they can be so arrogant. Unless they rely on passers by who will only ever come in occasionally because I know of several regulars who have stopped returning.

I’ve been to this nail salon several times now and I’ve always had a great experience. The service is consistently good, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It’s a small, family-run business — I learned this from Ann — and you can really feel the care they put into everything, from cleanliness to customer service.

They’re always busy, which speaks volumes about their quality, so I definitely recommend booking through their app. I used to struggle getting appointments by walking in, but since I created an account and started booking online, it’s been so much easier.

On my last visit, I noticed a customer being quite rude to the staff, which was upsetting to see and that why i give 5 stars and leave the reviews. I understand that waiting isn’t ideal, but sometimes delays happen — especially with the traffic around Bushey. It once took me 20 minutes just to get from the Harvester to the salon, which normally takes 5! A few other customers arrived late too because of the same issue, but we were all understanding and polite about it. I just hope others will show the same patience and kindness — the team here really do their best and deserve our support.

Highly recommend this salon for both quality and service! ❤️

Messed up my appointment. Told it was a mistake when I arrived. After a wait they managed to cut my toe when taking off gel. will never visit again!
