I came in with damaged hair and 3 different colors - lighter roots, black mid-lengths, and light ashy ends.
I wanted my roots and mid-lengths to be one solid color, preferably a light ashy tone with no warm tone, and I didn't want them to touch my ends.

The first attempt was a disaster and I ended up with very light warm roots and black/red mid-lengths. They applied a second darker color free of charge that didn't fix the warm tone and it didn't do anything to my black mid-lengths.

I specifically asked how they would do this without the bleach and I heard back not to worry and they would look after my hair because they could see my hair stresses me out a lot.

I didn't get 1 solid color, I didn't get a cool tone and my ends are no longer ashy light as they used to be. It looks horrible and will go to the drugstore to buy a dark color that I didn't want to have, and hope for the best.

They do not know how to dye hair whatsoever. I am very disappointed and would appreciate if they would be honest and say that they have to use the bleach. They had nerves taking my £70 as well even though I expressed my worry about the warm tone. No further offer to fix my hair either.

I had my haircut and blowdry at First1One Beauty Salon & Spa. Raj and Ralu are extremely professional & makes sure their clients gets best treatments. My hair felt so shiny and soft after treatment and also lasted for a long time. Products used by saloon are definately very high quality, well worth visit!

Today was my first time I just walked in and the customer service was amazing. For me words can’t express how good they are and sooo welcoming. Treated me like I was known for years❤️ they knew what suited me and gave me tips dos and don’ts. Will be going back there for other services

I recently visited this hair salon for a blow dry with bouncy curls and paid £35. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the result. The finish was not what I expected, and it didn’t feel worth the money. Sadly, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
