I booked a trim to remove my split ends and add some light layers. Unfortunately, the appointment felt very rushed and was over quite quickly considering I have long, thick hair. As a result, the trim did not seem to be done thoroughly, and many of my split ends were still visible afterwards. I also didn’t notice the layers that I had requested. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and felt it was a waste of both time and money. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I went to Avys for the first time.I showed them multiple pictures of my previous hair which was nicely done by some other hair dresser from a different salon that’s how I wanted but unfortunately I ended up with something else which looks very weird on me.I asked for layers but there was no layers at all,was just a straight hair cut and I asked for a side swept bangs.The staff who was attending is totally unaware how to do a side swept bang.she just cut it short and said the hair is not staying on side because it is blow dried,it will come back to normal when you wash your hair.That was the weirdest comment from a hair dresser I have ever met.Also after all this failure they have charged me 50 pounds which is too much.I am really disappointed with their service and decided not to go there ever in future

feel very lucky I chose this salon for my haircut. Avy, the owner, is sweet, friendly and approachable. I showed her a couple of photos of my preferred hair style, and she exactly made the style. Avy’s hair and beauty is the absolute in hair styling and beauty services. Avy herself is so sweet , she made me feel comfortable on my first visit itself . My hair highlights was a jaw dropping success, she worked and achieved on the colour I wished for . An amazing experience, welcoming environment, lovely staff , Lisa and Naz not forgetting Avy so professional and down to earth.

Awful experience! Took my 11 years old girl for layered haircut and was told off by the hair stylist that she’s too young to have them.. washed hair without conditioner for hardly 5 minutes. She went on to do a simple same length cut like she wanted and not what the customer requested. I asked for curly blowdry, she used a hair straightener to do the curls that didn’t even last after few hours. I booked through Treatwell kids restyle £24 but I was told to pay £38.. for literally a trim that was done in less than 30 minutes. I was a loyal customer for over 3 years and always preferred Avy’s for my haircut and my daughters but not anymore after such a terrible service.

Just had a pedicure by Naz and it was brilliant. Feel like I'm walking on clouds now.
I felt very accommodated especially being a man. Will definitely be coming back.

Everyone there is lovely!!!

Update: I've been going here for a while now and tried a facial for the first time with Naz. It was amazing!!!
