worth the long wait (if you’re a walk-in x) steven is brilliant and very communicative, lots of nail shops in worcester but if im needing a set and im in hereford this will be my go to 😊

I’ve been here for my nails a few times now and nothing is ever too much for Holly and Steve, they’re both so great and lovely and I always leave more than happy with my nails. They take great pride in what they do and it shows in the work they produce. From acrylic to biab they really can do everything. After trying almost every nail shop in the area I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my nails. Thankyou guys!!

My favourite nail shop in Hereford. The staff are so communicative and great for a chat. Holly is so attentive and always remembers what shape and colour I like. Fast service and the wait is never too long.

I visited the salon to have acrylics removed and a gel polish application to my natural nails.
The salon wasn't very busy and my gel application was extremely rushed,hence why my varnish is coming off after less than 24 hours!
No customer service, grab the money and go situation.
Best thing I can say is I like the colour of the nail gel.
In my case having my nails done is a luxury, but i felt like I was on a conveyor belt and it wasn't even busy.I work in the beauty business and you should be made to feel special.
Extremely disappointed and I would not return.
