Went for a pedicure today. The lady filed the skin by my big toe and made it bled . So didn't really get the full pedicure but had to pay the full price. I won't be going back

I had a manicure and pedicure. Manicure was fine but a young lady who did the pedicure pulled a piece of my skin off down the sides of my big toenail on both feet and it was sore for days. She seemed careless, unbothered and in a rush despite me being the only one in the salon at the time. I won’t be going back.

Very bad service! Would NOT recommend. Firstly why have a booking system if you don’t bother to look at it, I booked in to have a full set with jimmy and whe I arrived he had not long started on someone else’s nails, fine no worries! I sat down and the girls started on my nails, she didn’t know how to apply BIAB properly, she put the Biab so far away from my cuticle that it looked like I had growth already! Then proceeded to trim my nails to my desired length but went way shorter when filing it! The gel nail varnish application was sloppy and it felt more like they treat their work like quantity over quality! I asked for a thin French tip but she did a thick tip and it was wonky, I stopped her there and just said that I don’t really like them and explained why! I said that I want them off and that I’d go to a different salon, I payed for the work so far purely because they used products which cost money! Not for their time because I didn't feel like they cared about mine. This is the first time I’ve ever complained about nails and had them removed before they even finished! Was gutted as well as we’ve not long moved here so wanted to see if they were as good as their pics online but NOPE they’re rubbish! Don’t waste your money

Had deluxe pedicure absolutely fantastic. Sat in massage chair too. I feel like a new person now!!! Lovely staff and very clean. I will be back.

was told i could pay card before hand, got to the salon and was told otherwise, carried on with the nails. worker filed so roughly that the skin over my healing cuticles was taken off and then continued to press on them. i’ve been getting my nails done for over a year and they’ve never hurt as much as they did. however the service was quick and they do look nice
