First time here today and felt very comfortable and relaxed . Don't think I could go anywhere else after my experience today . So happy ! Catseye colour 37 definitely my new favourite 😊

I have really bitten short nails and the team absolutely transformed them with biab extensions! You can’t even tell they’re in bad condition and look so lovely and natural! Also such lovely service and was offered drinks throughout, Very happy will be back here again 🌟

Absolutely fantastic experience today. The pedicure was done with great care and attention to detail, and the result was excellent. The lady who looked after me was highly professional and clearly very skilled.
I really appreciated the lovely extras, such as the complimentary drink and the massage chair, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The entire team was friendly, polite and welcoming.
I will definitely be coming back and I’m very happy to say I’ll be a loyal customer from now on. Highly recommended.

The most friendly (and funny) team ever. Genuinely love ‘nail day’ for them alone; however, they’re also highly skilled professionals who blow me away every single time with the designs. AND they doubly look after you by offering drinks throughout your visit. 🥰🥰🥰

I would not recommend this salon
I was working in the area and decided to get my nails done here as I was going on holiday the next day
I chose a fairly simple design alone nails done by builder gel with a bow pattern on one nail.
I was told that I would need to shorten my nails ( which were natural and long) which I agreed to lose a little bit of length
The guy doing them started to shape them and I asked for them to be a little more almond shaped as they were very round. He then decided to have a rant in Chinese to his colleague. I commented on his behaviour and he then proceeded to file my already shortened nails even further. At this point I asked him to stop and he stood up and stomped around the back of the shop.
At this point I asked how much was owed and I said I was leaving
Another guy who I presume was the owner apologised and asked me to stay and he would sort my nails for me saying he could build the length back up.
If I had wanted false nails then that would have been what I asked for! Not builder gel on my natural nails
At this point I left
Half done and with shocking nails
There were other people having their nails done at the same time all of which commented on the attitude of the guy doing my nails
Avoid at all costs is my advice
