Disappointed - booked an appointment online. Waited 10 mins. No feedback how much longer to wait. Had to leave. If it's just come in and sit please don't offer a booking service

Nails started chipping after 3 days as the acrylic was very thinly applied. Posh nails agreed to do a new set at no extra cost. However after the second time rectifying the chipped nails I was made to feel uncomfortable due to the staffs attitude. Not very friendly!
