great nail place, my go to everytime i get my nails done as they always come out perfect!!
the workers are also very nice and accommodate to your needs.
at first i was happy with my nails until 3 days later they started coming off .. a week had gone by now and i only have 2 acrylic nails left! i have never had this happened with anywhere else will not be coming back and not recommending
Always super polite and I love how they do my nails and pedicure
never have any issues with my nails & always found the staff very helpful.
i loved my nails initially and they looked amazing however when i left the shop one of my nails looked like they were lifting and some of the residue acrylic wasn’t filed on the side of my nails so they caused massive discomfort stabbing into the side of my skin, one of my nails then fell off after i showered so i called to get them fix. upon arriving at emy nails, i told him the problem and he immediately started blaming me. he told me that nails don’t just fall off so i must have done something which is completely inappropriate. i told him the story and i said i’m not upset, im just concerned about my nail health and he told me that i need to be careful opening doors and using my hands. i paid £50 for them to be done so i expect to be able to use my hands normally without them coming off, especially in 4 days. He fixed them but made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not only that, but he then proceeded to fix my other nails so obviously they didn’t do a good job in the beginning. he also used the wrong colour to fix my nail, so one of them is different from the rest. i tried to tell him the colour but he literally waved me off. ive worked in hospitality so i know how these situations should be handled and to anyone that says “it’s a language barrier!” myself and my entire family are asian and i know the difference between rude and language barrier.
Great service and value for money
My first visit here, visiting from USA. My daughter and I came in for feet services, she had full pedicure, I had color change on .t toes. The gentleman who started my service was very pleasant, enjoyed talking with him, to finish my services was a nice lady, we exchanged name but no conversation. My observation, of this salon, they are very through with their services, they take pride in what they do. Happy I came in !!!!
I love my nails they were so Kind to me and the nails she did were perfect I definitely recommend this nail shop
So rude. Been a loyal customer but last experience left me very angry. Left me waiting for 45 min, having told me it would be a short wait. I gave up in the end. Don’t recommend bringing children either, incredibly unfriendly.
Brilliant always do good job
Absolutely mortified and embarrassed with my acrylic nails. The are uneven, bodged and flat. The were clearly rushing and not at all correcting the work that they had done wrong even though I pointed out the mistakes that they had made. I told them to stop because I knew it would they get worse. I felt uncomfortable. Not only that the price was outrageous for the service
On the board says 27£ for a pedicure. They charged me 30£ Because “no colour” even though it was my nail varnish.
Definitely not coming back
