Highly recommend. I travel back and forth between the UK and US for work and try to always coordinate going to this salon to have my nails done as they last so long and look the best. I am extremely picky about the edges/shaping/finish, and they never disappoint. 10/10 recommend.

Literally never had a worse experience at a nail salon in my life. I showed a picture of what I wanted and he put the tips on my nails and 3 of them split which I instantly noticed, then cut them shorter than I asked. I was quoted a price of £45 then when my friend went to get the money he added on another £5. Then as he was filing them I told him they didn’t look like the photo I showed him. He then said he cannot make them look like this, then his colleague said they DO look like the photo which was blatantly untrue I felt like they didn’t want to bother to make them look how I wanted them just to get me out the door. I felt so uncomfortable and upset as I’ve never had a problem like this I get my nails done twice a month and no one has treated me like this. Then they said they will take them off and proceeded to charge me £20 extra. Also in the time I was in there 3 people came in and said their nails had either chipped or broken just days after having them done which should’ve rang alarm bells for me.

As well as rushed and poor quality nail art on previous sets, my most recent acrylic set i had done this month was to a poor standard. It was suggested for me to get a full set this time as i’d been having infills for a while, during the removal of the old acrylics they filed my real nail too thin and my nails were in pain for a few days. Two weeks later and even now if i knock them they are in agony. Clearly do not know how to file correctly as it’s not the first time leaving this salon with sensitive nails. Will not be returning as my nails are now ruined.

Salon has gone really downhill. Can’t keep up with the amount of people they allow in, booked an appointment with a friend - were seated at different times no where near eachother and late. Was charged £35 for infills with just one polish no art and a sprinkle of chrome, when asked to pay less due to the bad experience and the advertisement of prices not matching owner laughed and told me the same price originally said. Manicure was rushed, nails were sharp and had lumps and there was other clients complaining whilst we were in there too. This is the second appointment in a row this has happened, wanted to give them another chance but same experience again unfortunately lost very loyal customers.

Absolutely love coming to get my nails done here, everyone is always so lovely and no matter what I ask for my nails are perfect every time!! Definitely the best in Cheltenham, will not go anywhere else now

The owners are absolutely amazing and so very lovely !! They are the best nails in Cheltenham and the designs are out of this world !! They are massively accommodating and up for any task! I snapped my nail this morning and they fixed it beautifully !! Very loyal customer and could never picture myself going elsewhere!!

i asked for white chrome, and just got plain white nails and still had to pay the extra £5 for ‘nail art’. i told the man that you cannot see the chrome that he just applied, they’re just plain white instead. He could have told me that this would have happened and i would’ve just asked for plain white nails instead as that is what i ended up with but for the price of £25. cheeky and unfair that i have been made to pay an extra £5 for nail art that i didn’t get 👍
