I had an appointment at 5:30 PM but arrived at 5:45 PM coming straight from work. I understand that being late can be an issue, but the way I was treated by the woman there (who I believe is the owner) was completely unprofessional. She asked what time my appointment was, and when I told her, she demanded I 'check the time' right then and there in front of all the other customers.

If she could not do my nails because I was late, I would have been more than happy to turn around and leave or reschedule. There was no reason to speak to me so disrespectfully or try to embarrass me publicly. A business should be handled with professional courtesy, not attitude.

Save your money and go somewhere that values their customers.

The Builder Gel they use here is unreal, I have long nails for the first time ever. They don't chip, they don't break and it's £38 a month. If you can get Nina, do, but other staff are also amazing.

Tina did such a beautiful job of my nails, and she was lovely too, we spoke about Vietnam (favourite place) ❤️
She was so diligent and concentrating so hard to give me the perfect nails and exactly what I wanted!
I want to remind everyone how hard they work and how talented they are , please everyone leave a tip! They deserve it!

Had a lovely experience popping in to get my nails done before Christmas. The salon has a huge range of polish colours and treatment options. I had a BIAB infill and they took such care with the prep and shaping. I asked for a sparkly french-tip/ombre design and super happy with the results. Thank you!!

Had an amazing experience here! We were seen immediately, the staff were very professional & super friendly. The salon itself is gorgeous!! Really nicely set up. I got a simple gel manicure and it was done really quickly. My nails look great! Would deffo recommend 💕 lovely nail salon!

It is always a pleasant experience when I come to have my nails or feet done. The team are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had most of the team at different stages to do my nails and some are better than others but I think a lot of this comes down to experience, which you'll find in any industry. Complimentary drinks/coffee is always offered, which makes the appointment more of a treat. With the recent refurbishment, the salon is a treat to visit and feels very luxurious. I always recommend friends and family to use this nail salon.

it was a very rushed service which resulted in various indents left in my nails, streaky and uneven polish, 3 of them are already lifting after 2 hours and the tips are angled upwards making my hands feel uncomfortable and look terrible

Lovely staff and especially Nina who does a fantastic job with my nails every 4 weeks.
Will do anything you ask and is happy to help as much as they can.
Love my nails and will continue to come back here.
