Charged my daughter £40 for just acrylics with one colour no design or anything. Just make the price up as they go along. Acrylics are meant to be priced from £30 I don’t see how a plain colour is £40 and yet her friend had design/tips and was also charged £40. Will not be back.

Went 6 days ago and unfortunately my acrylics are already cracking, for reference I have been on holiday relaxing so they shouldn’t be cracking this early! I paid £45 for this set so I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Walked in to get builder removed I was seen right away and quick 15 minutes and all done for £10. Friendly staff. Cash or bank transfer for payment

There are plusses for this nail salon … it’s clean, has a good town location, it’s comfortable. However, sadly, having been a few times, I have decided to now no longer return. Why? I felt each time that the pedicures (especially) were rushed, cleaning and foot scrubbing NOT thorough enough. Massages were the shortest ever and not thoughtfully given. ‘Mistakes’ in applying polish were not remedied or repeated. Such a shame that the staff ‘cut corners’ ☹️ Treatments here are not cheap … Cheltenham Nails, always make your customers feel that you have given their nails the best care you can give. Don’t rush, take care. Then they will come back.

Got my nails done with my sister as a treat.

The nails popped off in less than a week. I payed £38 which is ridiculous for just simple almond nails. No design!! I want my money back. Will not be coming back.

First time coming here, and it was not the best experience. The design i had asked for was slightly off & the french tips are uneven even though i had spoken up about it. The acrylic didnt go all the way up to my cuticle, which in the pictures you can see a gap between my skin and product. My finger was also cut, quite deeply by the nail file, in all fairness he did apologise, but nothing was done about it. I mentioned it was stinging as he still continued to file, the dust was going into the cut and still seemed unbothered. Very disappointing:(

I came in on Thursday for my nails.
I asked for a pink coloured design and when choosing I was prompted for other colours… they told me that it would look best. I ended up with brown. Anyway they finished the nails they was not at all what I wanted and they then charged me £10 more than what I was told on the phone eve though nothing changed. Then tried to paint on the ombré which made them look worse.
I then left and the next day ( Friday ) these nails Where causing me pain and then I knocked one, which has ripped my whole nail off causing a massive infection.
The service was awful and the outcome of my appointment even worse.
I know their not fully to blame for my nail breaking BUT it was less than 24 hours after and i was doing a normal activity. The nails was atrocious and I don’t recommend going here.
