Avoid unless you want to get ripped off. My 16 year old daughter spoke to the female completing her nails and was told the colour/design she requested would cost £35-£38. When completed they asked for £47.
My wife attended and the staff were really rude, argued in front of other customers and would not accept this.
Other reviews reflect this, they clearly do this regularly.

The best place to get nails in Cheltenham!! The staff are so helpful, friendly and the nails are done to perfection. Chloe is an amazing nail artists!! They constantly check throughout the process that you are happy with the results! And always last for weeks!!

I have been a customer of this salon since it’s opened and have always received very professional service. If I ever had a time where I was not satisfied, I simply expressed this and my complaint has always been handled with a positive result and a professional response.
Chloe & Chris, the new management team continue to keep the standards high and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are 100% satisfied whilst maintaining a very professional service. I certainly recommend this establishment.

I visited this Nail Salon for the first time. It did not feel very welcome. They seemed to be in the rush to get things over. I did not know much about each step, the guy who cleaned my nails took advantage of this and did not even clean the filing dust before applying nail paint. I thought that was weird! Now I wouldn’t trust them again.
Please run the studio if you value each customer and not just get things done mechanically for the sake of it!

I went to get my nails done at a walk in only nail salon at 6.10pm when it said closed on the door at 7pm. It was locked and no answer on the phone.

I thought I would give this place a try, but somehow I found this place made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked about the price, the man said 22 pounds, when I was picking the colour, I hadn’t finished selecting the colour, he already started to do my nails which was very weird from the beginning.

I feel he was in a rush, compared with the other places I go to, he didn’t apply the nail powder on my nail properly, for the new growing part, he didn’t use the powder at all, he just used the machine to ground it, it seems he tried to save the resources for the budget. The place I normally go to will do layers of protection. After the nails were done, I noticed that the length of the two hands was uneven, I thought when he filed the nails for me, he at least needed to double-check whether the two sides were even. After he finished he suddenly said the price was 30 pounds. There was another lady next to me he did that too as well. It seems he has done that a lot. There are some powder left on the side of my nails that hasn’t been cleaned properly (check the photo). I am not coming back again.
