Google I visited for a set of nails before my holiday, and while the physical work was done, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. It felt like they just wanted me out of the chair as quickly as possible. There was no customer service or politeness, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a friendly or professional atmosphere.
Owner Response:
Thank you for you feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At our salon, we always aim to provide both quality and service and a welcoming atmosphere for every client.
However, we could not find a record that clearly matched the situation described . If you did visit our salon , we would genuinely appreciate it if you could contact us directly so we can better understand what happened and resolve the matter properly
We always value honest feedback and continuously work to our service.
Thank you

Google Had a great experience getting acrylic extensions. Very fast and lovely staff. £30 for a full set. Didn’t have the colour I wanted but happily found me an alternative. Will come back again! Thank you 😊
