Google I got a pedicure here and it was such an amazing experience! It was very clean and everybody there was extremely friendly. I got the luxurious pedicure and it was amazing. My feet are so soft and my nails look amazing! The girl who did a pedicure was very sweet and welcoming. We had a good conversation. recommend this place to anybody in Glasgow!

Google I recently had a Glow Facial with Rachael at NAF salon! Made me feel million dollars. A assessment first which gave me a tailored approach. Rachael suggested the glow facial and dermaplane. My skin was glowing afterward and still feels and looks great . I’ll be back in a few weeks !100% recommend trying her treatments!

Google I had a wonderfully relaxing Elim pedicure with Emma. The Salon is beautiful inside. Nice warm welcome at reception and I went straight through for my treatment. I love how the seating area is elevated so you don’t have to sit holding your leg up balanced on a knee. The treatment was very relaxing and I love the end result. I was a bit worried with the salon being in the city centre due to parking, however I was able to get a space easily right outside the salon as it’s on a nice quiet road with plenty parking spaces. Looking forward to my BIAB next week too!

Google It was my first time ever getting my nails done so I was quite nervous and unsure what to expect. I decided to go for a BIAB french manicure to start healing and growing my short nails. I had my nails done by Meghan and she was the loveliest girl - her attention to detail is amazing! She talked me through the whole process and made sure i was completely comfortable. The salon is beautifully decorated and clean, and there’s a friendly and warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Will definitely be my go to salon from now on! 🫶🏻

Google I waited 30 minutes passes my appointment time for Noora to finish her previous client. I was left waiting without explanation and when I did see her she made no effort to explain or apologise. This is the second time this has happened and it is wholly unprofessional.
The format of the salon has changed and instead of tha Nail tecs being employees they are now self employed. I booked a last minute appointment today and no one informed me of the change. This meant I couldn't pay by card as I had been doing for years and could only pay by direct bank transfer ( I didn't have my card reader) or cash.
The whole studio vibe has also changed along with the prices which by my calculation have risen by 1/3rd.

Hey Heather, I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience today and completely understand your frustration.
This has been a big change for the salon and this is our first week working in this format so there's definitely some learning curves, especially when it comes to appointments unexpectedly running over.
We're really excited to support a self employed team to set their own individual pricing and take their own payments and have tried to communicate the changes as best we could but seem to have missed the mark with you on the phone today. We can only apologise and make sure to work on all written and verbal communication going forward.
