Google Siobhan was amazing! I am 8 months pregnant and visited the salon for waxing. I was quite nervous as skin can be extra sensitive when pregnant, but Siobhan made me feel comfortable from the start. Wax was much less painful than I was expecting. The salon is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Will be back again once baby is here and will be recommending.

Google My SECOND time coming for my LVL. Today I had my LVL lashes done by the sweetest angel ever, Laura, and i’m not even kidding she made the whole experience feel sooo comfy and chill 🫶 she explained everything and was super gentle.
And my lashes?? unreal. like actually perfect. lifted, fluttery, and it emphasises what you’ve already got naturally!
If you’re thinking about booking… DO IT.

Google One of the worst customer service ! i’ve ever seen she was rude and i’ve just been 20 min late my deposit which is i’ve paid 40£ quid was gone and not be able to get my money back or reschedule and pay again they’re doing nothing and getting money however i feel i’ve been scammed.

I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way Arian, we did offer to shorten the treatment down for you but unfortunately due to being back to back with clients we cannot accommodate a full service when you are significantly late to an appointment, to avoid running into other clients time. We have to stick to our policies and the policies are the same for every client. Again, we apologise that you feel this way.

Google Perfectly sculpted eyebrows. I’ve never gotten them done before so was so nervous! But they look gorgeous and it was so quick/ efficient. Siobhan was brilliant she understood what I wanted perfectly. I’ll definitely book again when I’m in town.
