Don't be fooled by the stylish exterior of the shop - the prices for the nails are inconsistent and have received botched nails here. The application of the acrylic has been improper and too thick which ended up damaging my nails. I also wanted an almond shape but got oval.

If i could I wouldn't even rate star! Very over priced charged me £43 for biab infills £10 for my 6 year old tiny nails. My child is autistic and has a tik so she was twitching alot the guy said if she keeps moving and her nail Polish comes off I will charge you again to re do it which i found very rude and un professional. No empathy whatsoever and wont be returning to this salon!

I’ve been going here for that past few months and haven’t had any issues I get gel on hands and feet. A couple of times nails have been a bit thicker than I’d like but it’s never a big issue for me the owner is friendly and chatty

I was in the area and decided to give this place a go, boy did I regret it. £78 pounds down the drain, my toes are completely wonky. I’ve never had acrylic applied this bad in my life. My nails aren’t as bad but still could have been better filed. As I was having my nails done a lady came in and was complaining about her 4 day old manicure chipping and the response she received from the man doing my nails was horrendous!! I should have left at that very moment. Very bad service, won’t be seeing me again.

They’re so nice! & listened to what I wanted, BUT my nails are so thick. The color/design is a dream but why so thick😭😀 literally every person that looks at my nails asks this too! How embarrassing 😭 & it’s ON my cuticle. I did have to ask her to make sure to get my edges. I’m going to give them one more try bc I do like their creative side but maybe the guy is better lol

Nails weren’t prepped properly which has led to them lifting after one week? In all the years I’ve had my nails done this has never happened. The girl was lovely but £45 for ombré acrylics to just lift is a joke.

This WAS my go to nail places for 2 years since I moved to Debden but I can say the quality keeps lowering every time I visit and now I will not go. My nails usually last around a month but the past few times I’ve had them done here, they last no longer than 2 weeks and for £30 gels you’d expect them to last for a month. Reading the other reviews about prices, its very true, they charge based on the customer not service. The lady next to me got the same service for £20, whereas I paid £30; seems a bit unorthodox, right?
They don’t seem to understand that Loughton is full of nail shops and it’s very easy to lose customers.
Another concern, is the time they spend on your nails- when I first started going here (2 years ago) they spent a good time prepping and cleaning the nail before starting but now your in and out in 30 mins with uneven and clumpy nails. My last set of nails looks like a 5 year old done them; all the nail lengths were different and all very clumpy. I did tell the lady that they were all uneven but she wasn’t really bothered.
This place needs some form of management and quality control as if this continues they will go out of business.
Ps, wish I could get my money back for these awful nails!
