Always get my nails done here and have been happy with them so far but the last time i went the experience of having my nails done wasnt very good as a member of staff was rather rude when doing my nails. He was calling out to me to "Stop that" Stop that" and staring at me strangely over the top of his glassses. He was strange and weird and made me feel very uncomfortable.He also rushed my nails so I felt he didnt want to spend the time doing them. My nails also included a manicure which he didnt spend time doing so felt that was cut down as well as he was looking down on me. I would like to carry on coming here to do my nails but not with the same member of staff doing my nails and dont think they would let me choose who to have to do my nails as im sure its who is available on the day. I have never had this young lad before who was more engrossed in his phone than doing my nails so will need to look for somewhere else to go get my nails done now which is such a shame. I will not be made to feel uncomfortable again in that situation.

I love this place; it’s cheap and people are efficient, however they do not clean their equipments properly. Now I have terrible fungal infections on my fingernails and toenails which need treatment for 6-12 months. Please guys, clean the equipment between customers because it’s not a nice experience.

Reply: I have been doing nails at other places and I’ve looked after my nails into adulthood so I know what I’m doing. This problem started once I started coming to your place, but this still does not explain why you use the same equipments without cleaning. If you want, you can look around, some places never use the same equipments, they sterilize it between uses.

The last two times I went there have been horrendous. Extremely rude to the point it is abusive. In one occasion, a woman who did not say hello before the treatment, gave me nothing but dirty looks. She did my nails in a rough way and I said to her to please be more careful since my nails are very thin and it burns when the machine touches my natural nail. She told me she didn’t want to do my nails because I complained .She left me there waiting without discussing with her colleagues what just happened, and I was there waiting without understanding, and I was left there without understanding what just happened. Another person did my nails but I left the shop feeling extremely disappointed. This person had a pony tail, brown highlights, and an eyeliner tattoo.

Today, I went back and the older man (who I believes owns the shop) did my nails. He said hi but asked no questions, no smile and just a miserable face. I was there with my 4 month old baby who was on my lap and was so well behaved the whole time. In the end, after I paid, this man did not have the common sense or courtesy to open the door for me. He saw me struggling with the pram while opening the door and he was there standing, looking at me without saying thank you or goodbye. People like that should not run a business. People like that don’t deserve to be treated as people since they don’t do it themselves. I am beyond disgusted and I will never ever return to that crusty shop to see those abusive creatures who need to learn how to be happy and kind.

Love this place!! I got gel nails & it came out so nice! And reasonably priced! They also take card or cash which is soooo convenient 😮‍💨 Will definitely be coming back!

Really unhappy with what they have done to my nails they just dumped the polish on my nails and there is loads of lumps and dents in my nails. The nails are not straight. The thumb now is completely Wonky and the nail polish at the sides it’s not complete and I’m sick of them talking in their own language and laughing. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I went here for the first time to get acrylics and once they stuck on the acrylics and put on the gel I assumed they had a different technique where they did a manicure after…to which they told me I was supposed to specifically request manicure + acrylics & it was too late for a manicure. I've never encountered this before. I would think that professionally nobody would let me leave the salon with hands that look like this / this much cuticle. These photos were taken straight after. Last photo was taken just now ( it is very painful).

Usless customer service, usless staff, all ignorant to the customers needs. At first they kept repeatedly accusing if I had acrylics on to which I kept repeating they were just cheap press on plastic nails. Then, as they're doing the plastic tips, the male attendant filed one of the nails wrong, it is considerably shorter and not central to my nail bed- he states I wanted it that short. The rest of my nails are the same length, this one thats messed up is considerably different- I did not ask for that. He then refuses to just take off that singular plastic tip and re do it. States I am wasting his time, that I am too picky- I don't understand how I am being picky if you messed up and were willing to try and overlook it and get away with a £50 payment.

I think for a £50 I am allowed to want my nails all the same length. He then cut all the nails off and practically told me to find the door.

Decorating your walls with all your certificates is nothing when it comes to your customer service especially when providing a service which revolves solely on the customer. When you mess up and do not corrrect it on your own terms, when you do not correct it after it has been highlighted by the other person and instead you- as the professional- try to cause an argument: I do not trust your qualifications or skills anymore. Your certificates are usless against your personality.

I hope you find your clients who are not selective and who disregard your mistakes and are happy paying for the faults in your nails.

Do not recommend! Got my dip in powder nails done and the top coat started coming off in less then a week, nails looked dull there was no shine to them. Went in to ask why is that and been told to wear gloves when cleaning my house. I have worked in retail full time for many many years and never had any problems with my powder nails until they grow and need refill. Very disapointed to say atleast, must be the cheapest products they use...waste of £25.

Courteous, professional and well priced. The nail technician I had was very meticulous, she did a fantastic job on my acrylics and kept the workspace really clean and organised while she worked. I'll definitely go back
