Been here many times for gel nails and removal. Always had pleasant visits and the gels lasted longer than many places.

This place should close down. They don’t know how to do nails and their attitude sucks. Dont waste your money and go somewhere else.

I have been coming here for a very long time and the staff are always welcoming and friendly and address me by name.
When I get my nails done and find little pattern ideas they will always accommodate and try their best with a new design for me.
If I have any issues they are always quick to fix without any issues.
I enjoy coming here so would recommend trying them out.

I have only been in the UK for 18 months and am so fortunate to have found Regal Nails in Loughton. Fantastic service. They understand what I like and remember each time.
Vincent, Henry and Jenny are super friendly and happy to see me. My nails last a long time and I am a very happy customer! They are, quick and efficient and also give the best pedicures.
I don't understand the bad reviews here. Ofcourse, if you break your nails at home doing housework etc..that is your problem. You cannot expect Regal to re-do the nail for free! They are running a business not a charity shop! Their prices are already very competitive and their friendly service is outstanding!!..Sue Howard

Avoid!!!

Second time coming back to this salon last week for a full set of acrylics.

A few popped off so went back on Friday which they fixed. Then more nails came off over the weekend so went back today (Tuesday) a week after paying for a fresh set and the 4 nails cost me £15!!

Absolutely atrocious I cannot believe I have had to pay such extortion for poor workmanship. Will not be returning and advise anyone else to do the same.

I definitely won’t be going again to this nail shop!! Gel has come off some of my nails already, had to file them as not straight and kept telling them, nails are all different lengths and not polished to the cuticle so looks like I have growth already! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this nail salon
