I’m really sad to put a 2 star because I’ve had some great sets from here. Recently the service has gone downhill, you’re waiting for up to an hour to be seated and when you ask what the wait time is, you get answers such as “they’re just coming now” or “come sit here” and you just end up waiting more instead of getting a straight answer. The team who work there work hard but you often get 2-3 people doing your nails, with waits in between and they’re often on a phone call when doing your nails so it can feel intimidating to speak to them to talk about what is going wrong with your treatment. They’re rough with your nails, which can be painful and I’ve come away with multiple cuts on my hands and feet from treatments. The nails themselves are fine, but a recent set of BIAB literally peeled off after a week, weird because that’s never happened before. I always try to give a fair chance to people but I’m not going to be returning, I had some of their BIAB removed and I have damage to my nail beds now so I’m having to wait for them to grow out before getting anything done again.

I went to the salon on Market Square, it looks like a normal nail and beauty salon from the outside… but the second you step in, it’s like a completely different world. They’ve somehow bottled pure zen!
I had the signature hair wash and honestly didn’t want it to end. The aromatherapy scents, the massage (perfect level of firm but still super relaxing), and all the little touches like the warmed eye mask and hot stones just made it feel so thought through.
The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the whole thing felt really unhurried, like you could properly switch off.
I enjoyed it so much I stayed for a pedicure as well, which they fit me in for without a booking. That was just as good with so many steps of scrubs, mqsks and massage with a beautiful gel polish finish. My feet are beautifully soft.
Such a genuinely relaxing, pampering experience from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be back and would 100% recommend.

Won't be returning after years of being a loyal customer. Visited today for probably near 7th/8th hair treatment. Every time we visit it's slightly different which can be disappointing but overall we still enjoy it for £60. Today however I thought I would go for the next package up as it's my birthday this week. Unfortunately we got charged £15 extra to put our feet in a bucket of water for 5 mins (which strange anyway and pointless) before going in for the experience. We were supposed to have extra massage time instead of hopi ear candles however that didn't happen as we have the same massage every time for the same time but for less money. I always recommend this to people but I won't do that again. Extremely disappointed.

recently had my biab nails done and was initially happy with how they looked. Unfortunately, after only three days, the polish started chipping, which was disappointing especially considering the price and the time spent at the appointment.
