been here twice, staff are always lovely. Last time my nails lasted around 6 weeks but I pulled them off because I had an interview and always get long stilettos so i’m sure they would’ve lasted longer. Staff will either chat to you or are quite happy to sit quietly which I love because i’m an awkward person, I got charged £35 for long stilettos with a design and I think that’s a great price for the amount of work put in. The lady working on my nails was lovely and patient with me when I didn’t know what to do. She even switched the colour when she noticed it wasn’t a “dark enough” purple. I love this salon and will be back. Exactly the nails I asked for!

This is my first time going into this salon. I got in and was talking to one of the staff that it’s my first time here and there wasn’t any warm service which I don’t even care about. The lady that did my nails appears experienced and I loved my nails. But now it’s just 8 days and it’s pulling out, is it meant to be so? After being charged 33£ for nothing fancy but this ? I highly doubt if I would be going there again. I should have trusted my guts and leave when I didn’t feel welcomed. 33£ down the drain 🥲

Went in at 5.45pm it closes at 6. They fit me in though and even though my train home was at 6.47 they both worked together and got my nails finished (I passed my theory so I wanted to treat myself) amazing staff and gorgeous nails

Me in my daughter who is only 7 went to get our nails done my daughter is 7 years old with tiny nails I was charged adult price for her nails they were all off the next day

Terrible service I asked for medium length almond French tip gave me short oval, very disappointing, the woman cut me with the nail drill and acted as nothing happened, and then proceeded to charge me £45 when the price she gave me was £38 I only had £40 cash on me and I said I’ll be back I need to go to the bank and she said for me to leave my iPhone 15, she left in filed acrylic under my nail and now I’m stuck with chunky short nails. Not what I asked for!!

The people are really nice. And you ca use the free wifi if you need to. And you get free drinks

Just had my 2nd visit 1st to have acrylic nails then an infill. Staff are lovely and very helpful in helping you choose shape colour etc

Used this salon today and would not go back. I was having my old acrylic set removed and he asked me to place my hand into bowl of acetone , which was over another bowl of boiling water. I did this and scalded my fingers, he then argued with me that it wasn't hot and tried to force my hand into it. Shouting at me "not hot see don't worry" I asked him why he was arguing with me as he had just poured this from a boiling kettle and it was indeed hot. He then spoke to his colleagues in another language and proceeded to ignore me. He was rough while filing and cut my fingers more than once. My hand was thrown about.

At the end he said £40. I questioned this and advised that the price list for a removal and reapplication was £37. He then said it was because I had one finger a different colour.
I absolutely won't be back.

My daughter was in today(weds 5/7/2023. Shocking experience. Was cut 6x and they used nail glue to seal the cuts. The overall finish was untidy and shocking. He took photos of her face(without permission)separately to the nails. Would we use them again....no. Would we recommend them......no. Shocking, shocking. The nails themselves were also a poor fit, different lengths and shapes. Extremely poor. Stay away.

When I got my nails done they put the nails on squint. After about 2 days, one of the nails fell off and I had to go back to get it redone. Another 2 days later 3 more have come off, when I tried to go back to ask them for some money back or another set I was told "there was no guarantee that they would last longer than 2 days"... £33 I'll never see again, save your money.
