It used to be a good place to get your eyebrows threading done, but lately they started to mess up. It doesn’t matter if it’s a busy day or quiet day, either there’s no effort or I don’t know what because the ladies working there are the same since the place opened. Even after giving directions they end up making a mess. I’ve been in today to get my eyebrows done and they’re disgusting. I don’t even know how to fix them. Don’t recommend.

On certain Sunday morning (date withheld), staff here had no courtesy whatsoever. This is my frequent place, because I enjoyed their service, but staff on this day lack courtesy.

They presented hostile to customer like they were not welcome here.

They gave no response to a simple “good morning”. And never attempted to say a simple “hello”.

For the actual work done ✅
Professionalism ❌
Good customer service ❌ (In my view good on weekdays, down the drain-worse on Sunday)

Really disappointed with the nail service here. I’ve been four times, and I want to note that I don’t have much prior experience with getting my nails done, so at first I didn’t fully realise what was considered normal quality or pricing.

The first two visits were okay at the time, I paid £30+ for BIAB, but the nails started lifting after around two weeks. I later learned that this isn’t normal. I then came in twice for a French design. Aside from the very high price (£35+ for a very simple design), the quality wasn’t great. On the second occasion there were visible bubbles in the polish and the finish was uneven.

More recently, after being away from Dundee and getting my nails done elsewhere, I realised just how poor the value and quality had been here. I came in for a basic gel polish, was charged an extra £8 just for removal, and then £20 for a result that honestly looked awful. The polish flooded my cuticles and sides, there were lots of bubbles, and the finish was messy. Within two days I had my first chip, by the following day there were multiple chips, and by mid-week one nail had cracked across entirely (photos attached).

The staff are friendly and kind, but many appear under-trained (several seem to be students), and the issue feels like a lack of proper training and quality control from management. I also found the service could be a bit pushy at times, though that may be personal as I’m quite shy.

The only real upside is that they have a very good booking website, honestly, that convenience is what kept me coming back for a while. However, it’s also worth noting that there is no warranty or guarantee offered on the work, even when issues appear almost immediately.

Overall, the prices don’t match the standard of work, and I wouldn’t recommend unless there’s significant improvement in training and quality
