Very nice nail done for my holiday got them last week beautiful however ever single nail has got chips in them and 3 are coming off all ready paid 65 for them so would of thot they would have lasted longer then 1 week and to not be as badly chips round the edge off the while nail. Definitely not worth 65 pound.

So here’s my review from when I went on 24th of march 2026.
I called to book for this day few days ago but when I arrived with my partner we were asked to wait for almost 30 minutes (that’s not an issue for me as they were really busy but still time matters).
When it was my turn I showed the lady I was assigned to what I wanted and she said she understood (honestly the language barrier here was really annoying ) I showed a picture from their page as what I’d like to do. This lady did just French tips, I then told her that’s not what I wanted that I wanted some heart shaped dots on the white tip, she charged me an extra fee for the art. This was so annoying but I paid regardless. When I made this complaint I could tell from her reaction that she was complaining and this made her colleagues there began to giggle and said some things in their language . It felt so unprofessional but regardless I just remained sat for the nails to be done.
From the reviews I saw many people asked for Van or Chloe maybe I should have asked for those people instead of having to sit with someone that did not understand what I wanted.
Now, my partner chose to have gel while they were in front of the nail artist trying to decide on the style they want, this nail artist touched their hair without permission and no apology. My partner was confused on why that happened but chose to say nothing but it left them really uncomfortable.
It’s been 6 days since I got this nails and they are still on my nails compared to the last place I went to that’s why it’s on three stars.
They should do better with the language barrier and also be more professional.

Absolutely in love with my French nails by Van Jackobson 🤍 The shape is flawless, the tips are perfectly crisp, and the finish is so clean and elegant. You can really see the attention to detail. Highly recommend!
