Toenails look worse now than before I went in. Cut so short they’re painful and also not straight. No filing of feet or nails (left with rough edges) and the side of one toenail is bleeding. Avoid!

I recently had a gel nails done and unfortunately my experience was not very positive. Firstly, one of the staff members came across as quite rude, which made the visit uncomfortable. Additionally, I had my nails done on Wednesday, and by Sunday the gel polish had already started to chip and come off. It also seemed that the technician who worked on my nails was not fully attentive or engaged, which may have affected the quality of the service. Overall, I was disappointed, as I expected better results and customer care.

I've been in here a few times now to get my nails done and I absolutely love it. I personally opt for short almond acrylics with either French tip or plain colour. The last time I went in I asked for a design which the technician wasn't that familiar with but he still gave it a good go and I'm so happy with the results, I've never loved my nails more! I will be back! 💕

I got gels here in December the nails were nice but when I got them removed in January they just filed them off! It was really painful. To remove gels you are supposed to file just the top gel coat off and then soak them off with acetone. It’s now mid April and my nails are still so damaged from them overfiling.
