Second time in for French polish.
Ria is lovely, and when it’s her only working on your nails, great. Sadly this time all three ground down my nails so they are ruined, paper thin. Had them gel polished two days ago. My nails are now snapping!! And all of them bend with little pressure . They will take months to get back to healthy place. I had to say no more to the man after both women had ground them. And he still tired to fil them with a board. Really bad nail treatment.

The two girls were lovely and chatty, I had them doing my nail polish and design,, but the man was very rough, left residue under my nails and stuck the fake nail to my skin, with actual patches of glue all over my hands. Doing my nails, I asked if he could make it less pointy and he just ignored my requests. One of the ladies fixed them but overall I did not like the experience with that man. Was going to tip but didn’t bother

I've given this place a few chances just because the prices have been very competitive. The quality varies depending on the nail tech.

But there is this one man who has been working there recently who did an awful job! He kept hurting the skin around my nails, causing it to bleed. He kept the drill on too high of a power and filed down my nails too much!

Today was the last straw! He mistook the flesh of my toe as a toenail and CLIPPED OFF my skin and it bled for quite a while.

I complained to the staff at the scene and showed them pics and videos I thankfully took. They agreed to waive the pedi fee but safe to say, I won't be going there again. I'm not risking more of my toes being clipped off just to save £10.

Lovely nails and wonderful experience, the shop felt so welcoming, all the staff said hello and had a chat with me while getting my nails done for my holiday, the lady did such a great job and it was only £25 for the design, would definitely recommend!

I don't recommend it at all. Three people, removing shellac, removing cuticles, filing, and painting, with three people rotating.
A man was removing the semi-permanent nail polish with the drill. I had to ask him several times to stop because he was already filing my nail. And my nails are already very thin.
The same with the cuticles. I warned the woman to be more careful and go slower, she slowed down, but again she ignored me and did it again, leaving some wounds. I don't understand this philosophy of rushing and doing such a poorly done job, because she was destroying my cuticles and the edges of my nails, and she filed them and left them shorter than I asked. And the worst part is the sloppy result of the shellac, which spread over the edges without leaving any nail properly painted. A horrible job, £25 for awful manicure & shellac, by two men and a woman, for a disastrous manicure and horribly painted nails. In two days, I've already chipped some nails, which should have lasted quite a while. Money down the drain! I won't be back.

I had my nails done here 2 weeks ago! I asked for pink tips the lady that did this huffed and puffed at me, she then proceeded to paint the whole nail pink so the tips weren’t even noticeable, one week past I lost one nail and the rest were very weak. I left them for another week due to the price of paying for new ones and then lost another and the nails were cracking badly. Today I went to another nail shop for infills, the lady took one look at my nails and asked where I’d had them done? I told her and she said she advises to have them off and a new set put back on. I explained this is my first infill and that I’d only had them done 2 weeks ago. She said the nails were very weak and cracking she could clearly see I didn’t want to spend more money on nails so soon so she kindly took the old nails off free of charge for me and gave a new set which may I add are beautiful and very strong. I won’t be returning to nails 4 u again!

It had taken 2 hours for a full set to be done because the staff constantly kept switching to who’s nails they was doing I only got a French tip the nails are all wonky and bumpy half the French tip is missing.

Not impressed at all. Nails were not neat and wasn’t filed very well.
Was also made to pay before the service.
The nail technician was quite rude as well!

Extremely happy with these nails from Nails U. Only £28 for this infill and the tips were hand painted. I was previously going to somewhere else and I was paying £38 for poorly shaped and painted nails however this place is a game changer. They really took care in making sure the shape was perfect and I was happy. The staff were also extremely friendly and chatty which was a nice suprise! I definitely reccomend this place.

I’ve just started going here with my teenage daughter's. We’ve had acrylics and different styles (very long and shorter, French tips and art work) and we are happy with everything they’ve done. They are so friendly and reasonably priced and come up with great suggestions and advice.

I went in today there weren't super busy at all and the gentleman with a white top on and hat sat me down to do my nails and as he was filling the file cute my skin next to my nail I jumped back and he grabbed my hand and pulled it back also I I received all different size nails and not the shape I asked for I would not return and I do not think that my nails are worth £40 at all!!
