I had such a positive experience here. I originally came in for a set that was well done technically, but just not quite the shape/style I wanted. When I came back the next day, the staff were so kind and understanding. They offered to remove them for free and also gave me a discount on a new set, which I really appreciated.
The new set turned out absolutely perfect!! These are honestly the best stiletto nails I’ve had - so clean, sharp, symmetrical and precise. The shape is exactly what I wanted, the French tips are crisp, and the whole set looks so polished. You can tell a lot of care went into perfecting them.
I’m genuinely so happy with my nails now and really appreciated how professionally and kindly they handled everything. Amazing customer service and beautiful work. I’d definitely recommend!!

I have been going to this nail salon for several months and at first the service was amazing and my nails always looked great. However on the last couple of occasions I’ve been there, I have been treated with no respect, the staff look down their noses at me when I walk in the shop and barley greet me and even though I have always paid and tipped each time I attended I was spoken to as if they didn’t believe I had the money to pay them. My nails have also broken after about 2 weeks of having on, I think they rushed this set. All in all if you would have asked me 2-4 months ago if I’d recommend them, I would have said yes immediately, I even recommended them to some one a few weeks ago. Now, I would say don’t bother. Once they get used to you, they will get overly comfortable.

Really impressed with how long my nails lasted without chipping. Great value for money considering the high quality.
