Very nice staff who were pleasant and very polite.

The inside is very clean, tidy and well stocked of accessories.

Lots of seating areas where I sat and it was nicely clean and comfortable to sit.

The staff were very professional during my visit.

A very nice Salon in High Wycombe

This used to be a very good salon when they first opened but gradually the service has declined.
- It looks and feels very disorganised.
- Hygiene is seriously lacking.
- Staff members refuse to see a client after a certain time even though they are still open yet they have a walk in service.
In most salons the staff would not mind staying a little late if there are clients. But these guys probably don’t need the business and are not accommodating at all.
They have increased their prices which match their competitors, yet their service and standard is terribly poor in comparison.
Will definitely not be using this place again and suggest nobody bothers wasting their time and money.

Never made it to the salon, as they called on the day of my appointment and said if I can't come earlier than 5:30 (supposed to be open till 7pm), they will cancel my appointment. It seems one off them been off sick, and the lady on the phone didn't want to stay longer. I had my doubts when I booked it and they changed the student discount (so I couldn't claim it), but cancelling an appointment on the day - a day before my holiday - put me off. Will not try it again.
