I had a good experience with them. They were very friendly and the guy took extra care to do my nails. One of the most convenient option was that they accept card payments as lot other places are cash only which I feel is quite inconvenient.They also gave me a coupon for future use.

been going here for a while, everything was good but has only got worse, very aggressive manner towards me and was cut multiple times, the design I asked for they didn’t do and the man who did my nails was very rude when I asked if the design was being done, not happy in the slightest and will NOT be going back, do not recommend at all.

The nails are tacky, service was dreadful, aggressive, and rude. My fingers and cuticles were cut and bled. Unhygienic as well, woman pulled out a strand of hair to make the design on my nails!! Not impressed with the service at all and will NOT be returning. They smudged the nail polish and pretended it didn't happen by doing a design over it which didn't even cover it fully. Horrific service, was left at the Jet Dryer for almost 20 minutes after my nails were dried and they were inattentive and rude.

Not happy with male who did my nails today! Very aggressive in a bad mood was wild with my nails taking all his anger out on them whilst filling .I was horrified by the way he was throwing my hands off when finishing each part.I went back to them after a long time to see if they have improved their services and attitude but what a shame!I recommend you go try other nail shops in the area and out before walking into this one!

Asked for infills on my ombré nails. Got given a clear infill with shellac colour on top which is not what I asked for. I also asked for a soft square shape and got coffin in all different shapes. The shellac they have put on top is lumpy and uneven. Really unhappy with them and will now never go back!!

Not impressed with the quality at all. A nail broke a couple of days after getting a full set of acrylics done! Other nails fell off shortly thereafter.
Went in to get it replaced with no apology.
Returned after giving them the benefit of the doubt, was audaciously charged for replacement nails, and, a few days after another two nails have broken off!
Would not recommend them at all; customer service was subpar (I was left under the UV drier for at least 20 mins, and had to decide for myself when they had dried as the staff neglected me once other customers arrived) and nails that should last at least a fortnight are breaking off within days.

Don't need to make appointment when I going there the staff are amazing and very help full.
