Such bad customer service and nails! Rude staff and so unbothered 😕 I grew my nails out so I can get gel on my natural nails! And the man just cut my nail short and they looked awful! I only went here because all the other nails shops were busy! And this one was empty now I know why! Never again!

I can see why the reviews are so bad . My nails were actually not too bad but it was just so unrelaxing experience - deafening Vietnamese music , really strong acrylic smell and not all (but many ) of the workers were so unprofessional and unfriendly 😭. Also asking you to transfer the money is just dodgy and clearly tax evading. Cleanliness and hygiene is a real concern here… they don’t wash the towels between customers !!

Absolutely not impressed with the quality of the service had Infills and within 2 days was Back in as the nail vanish considering it was shellac fell of and again after them patching them up it’s happened again. Worse place to get nails done will not be visiting again as was well over priced for infills

I really wish i read the reviews before spending £135 on 3 sets. My daughters wanted to get their nails done. They got acrylics with their choice of design. I also got mine done. Pattern was not followed. The nails especially the thumbs are thick, mis-shapen, there are parts of the nails that weren't done. Cuticles were not done sufficiently.

I got my biab extensions removed that I got out on at another salon - it wasn't all removed and my nail looks awful and they also cut me with the drill. My friends got their biab removed at a different salon and their nails look 20x better than mine

I had such a great experience at Love Nails! The salon is clean, relaxing, and the staff are so friendly and professional. I got ombre nails this time, and I’m absolutely loving them. The attention to detail and care they put into their work really shows.
I’ll definitely be coming back soon! 💅✨

Absolutely rubbish service and treatment - ruined my nails - and then showed attitude and was rude !! Would never recommend them !! Stay away !! This is my nails after a pedicure !! And this was a deluxe pedicure !
