Phoebe’s been doing my brows for years now — back when she worked from her spare bedroom, and now in her gorgeous, professional salon. Through all that time, her attention to detail, warmth, and consistency have never changed.

After a long day in the office, I know I can turn up, have a good chat while she works her magic, and leave feeling lighter, fresher, and just… better. It’s not just about great brows (though they are always flawless) — it’s the whole experience.

The vibe is cosy and welcoming, and Olivia is always so friendly on the front desk — it’s the kind of place where you instantly feel looked after.

I’ve also had my hair done there twice, which is a big deal for me — I’ve had some pretty awful experiences at other salons, so I usually avoid it. But every stylist I’ve met at The Coven has been kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. They really take the time to listen, which makes all the difference. You can feel that Phoebe’s caring, thoughtful approach runs through the whole team — it’s not just her, it’s the culture she’s built.

Honestly, that kind of care? You can’t put a price on it.
