Very awful experience.. I was suggested by one of my friend to get my nails done from Top nails Aylesbury but the service i got was not what expected. Firstly, some of they don’t understand English its hard and little awkward to explain them and secondly the nail he put on middle finger is not straight which is clearly more visible in real. Also he asked me to pay £40 .. For what? I just asked for acrylics (Nothing extra) If they are adding something extra they should inform the customer first.. I looked their price list in which highest they charge is £40 for nails including take off and add on new but I didn’t took any extra service still ended up paying more.

Was literally my first time going into the store , THE WORST customer service experience ever. I sat and waited for 30minutes , mind you there was 3 other workers when I got there then all of a sudden they all had to go on lunch break , weird. Then I get seated I only got asked what design I want and colour , waited another 10 minutes, some little white girl walks in and gets seated in 2 minutes and they start doing her nails before me. I was disgusted. You people need to do better because your customer service is terrible. In the end went to BEENAILS , they got me in the chair a minute!!!! After I arrived and 10/10 service , helped me and were kind. I would not recommend any of my friends to go to topnails ever!

Awful experience, existing colour not taken off properly can still see pink flecks, biab lifting off after 1 day tips halfheartedly done. Will not be returning wouldn’t even give 1 star!

OMG!! incredible work from the nail tech linh she worked solely on me for the whole time she was doing my nails and it took awhile because it was quite elaborate designs but she’s stuck through it and did an amazing job and it was surprisingly extremely cheap Please go to top nails/colour passion they are the best nail places I have ever been to! photos attached

I have never EVER had such a bad experience at a salon. The man was extremely rude when i explained to him i wanted square not coffin. He made my nails extremely narrow and bent inwards. Every single nail was wonky and when i explained this he started very aggressively filing my nails. I had several cuts. He even managed to cut my natural nail in the middle and i was bleeding so much. Didnt attempt to clean it and out acrylic on top of it which i could see through my french tip. When i pointed this out he just put another few coats on and made this nail darker than the others but u could still see the french tip. He then walked off as he was very annoyed at me for pointing out every nail was still completely wonky. Another woman painted my nails while gossiping and laughing at me, again TERRIBLY. none of the tips were even. Now i have 2 green infected nails probably from how unhygienic the equipment and salon was and because they kept cutting me OVER AND OVER. Salon needs to be shut down im disgusted that i had to pay for such terrible nails and service and have been left with green infected nails for my holiday!

I’ve been coming here for years but the last few times, it hasn’t been the brilliant standard it used to be. I get short acrylics with gel colour - the acrylics I got on Friday are sooo thick and it’s all bumpy underneath the extensions they put on. The colour also wasn’t put at the very edge so you can see the acrylic clear as day. Feeling disappointed.

I always come here to get my nails done because it’s closest to me although some times when I am there they change the price as I’m am paying to get more . And yesterday I went to get infills she did them for 2 hours then as I was leaving one snapped off and this morning another has snapped off. Not happy as now I have to take time to get them fixed

Lovely service and very accommodating! Lily was very friendly and did an amazing job. Overall very satisfied with the service and the final result of my nails.
