I used to go here quite frequently, but on the last 2 times I've booked a week before and got to the appointment only for them to say either the person who does it is not there or there's something wrong with the waxing! I travel from far so this is very frustrating, she has the number and did not call to make me aware on any occasion, so it wasn't till I walked through the door that they said! please fix this and start calling your clients before hand if there's a problem. It is such ashame as the price for eyebrows are good and they do them well.

Not impressed! First experience was good expensive but good nails lasted, went back and today was terrible! No consistency in pricing at all! Charged £41 first time and today £35. Shortened nails so much today and didn’t even ask if the length was okay. Did not shape properly! Unable to do a simple nail art.” And nails are uneven no care and just take your money! They can keep their salon! Do not waste your money unless you not bothered about quality! They rush have no customer service and are not honest when they can or can’t do something on your nails! I had to go back today and say I was unhappy and they needed to fix it!

If you get your nails done here DO NOT GET them with the older lady. Worst customer service I have ever received. I asked her to sort out the bump on my nails, she did one stroke of the nail file and shrugged her shoulders. Never checked with me to see if they were correct at only moment throughout the process. Not friendly at all. Awful customer service.

I called ahead and was told to come at 6:30pm so I did. From hindsight I wouldn’t come near closing time. Although Jess was lovely, she was extremely rough as I think she was rushing, the end result is that I paid £45 for acrylic nails that were placed unevenly and layered too thickly. I will not be going back again.
