Got a full set of acrylics, they nicked my fingers with the e-file, filed my nails too aggressively so I now have dents in my natural nail plate. I was asked to choose a colour and I was not informed that I was being presented with gel, not polish, I just wanted standard nail polish. I was not informed that the gel polish would be an extra charge, chrome powder was also offered and the extra charge not specified.

During removal it became clear they had used MMA, this was evident due to the gummy, goo like substance the acrylic turned into when soaked in acetone. My nails are now paper thin and breaking after only 1 set of acrylic. Find another salon.

My nails have turned out fine but I felt really unwelcome, ignored and rushed. The staff don’t make any effort with customer service at all. There are a lot of other options locally so I don’t think I’d go here again - it was the opposite of a pleasant experience!

Having recently moved to the area I have been looking for a good nail shop. This was my third attempt and I think I have found the best nail shop in Aylesbury! Kim was lovely and very skilled my nails finally look really good. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

I always know that I am listened to. These people are artists quite honestly. They don’t just care about how pretty you look. They also care for your nails. My pedicures are impeccable.. always going above and beyond because they know their craft. You can tell them what you want from the most simple to glorious art on your nails. I won’t go anywhere else for my nail care. Thank you friends. You make me feel special whenever I am with you. Incredible team. And my friend who looked after me today. You’re knowledge blows my mind x

I don't know why but they did it so fast that I wanted to get a manicure with my own money they didn't even let me do that the nail extension process was horrible they poured the gel on my nails and left my nails very thick and misshapen the cuticles on the edges hurt me it was not nice at all they were very rude and uncaring they didn't even put any cream on after the process was over the tables they worked at were very dirty I took my niece with me her nails were crooked and very thick they didn't even bother to file them down don't stick to your average nail shop! Never back !
