Google I came in to get my blonde hair highlighted as my roots were showing. I ended up leaving with brown ginger minky hair the lady had no experience with colour all my foils bled she changed my whole hair colour burned my scalp with the peroxide she used and cost me £200 to get this fixed and now my hair is ruined. DO NOT GET HAIR COLOURED HERE
Owner Response:
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience.
We always aim to deliver high-quality results and take great care with all colouring services, so we’re concerned by the points you’ve raised. In many cases, achieving significant colour changes—especially when correcting or blending regrowth—can be a complex process and may sometimes require more than one appointment to reach the desired result safely.
That said, we never want any client to feel dissatisfied or uncomfortable, and we take concerns like this seriously. We would really appreciate the opportunity to review your appointment in detail and understand exactly what happened.
Please contact us directly so we can discuss this further and see how we can help resolve the situation.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Google Got my eyebrows done today by the amazing Pinky, she’s so quick and it’s almost pain free when she threads my eyebrows and my pain tolerance is usually really bad! Been coming to her for a long time now and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else, I was also hesitant when Pinky was away to let her colleague touch my eyebrows but she did equally as an amazing job as Pinky! 10/10 would recommend. Amazing team

Google I have had an amazing experience with the nail technician at the salon! She is absolutely wonderful and is patient with homework, which really shows in her nails. I would highly recommend going to her with any kind of design! She is, handsdown, the best nail technician in Aylesbury by far. Her name is Cici and you can book her with her instagram @supersunnailart
