Serendipity is a very successful, professional & welcoming boutique run by a great lady - Julie D Jones. Julie’s been doing my hair for over 10-years - perms, crops, colours - and I love it every time. Now Julie’s welcomed a new and very talented nail technician to the team – Sharon. Sharon’s been doing my nails for several months and she’s a delight. Having my nails done by her is a pleasure – relaxing, fun, creative and always very colourful! Sharon loves nails and it shows. Her own are always perfect and everything is always clean and professional, her attention to detail and nail art work are outstanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊

Insanely rude and ignorant they must find new staff and hopefully they can clean the salon in the meantime there was cigarette ash all over the place and it smelled like rotten eggs I’m so pleased I left before my hair appointment I was scared of catching a disease

We were having our sons wedding at Iscoyd Park and was looking for a hairdresser local to the venue. We are not locals so were looking for a salon to do 6 people's hair including two bridesmaids.
After speaking to Julie we arranged for her and Amy to come to the venue on the morning of the wedding to do our hairs. I was a little nervous as none of us had met Julie before or had our hair styled by her. I should not have worried as when we each told her what we wanted she did it perfectly. Julie and Amy blow dried and curled our hairs beautifully and everyone looked amazing.
We had a fabulous day with lots of lovely comments on how nice our hairs were.
Thank you Julie and Amy I will always remember how kind, friendly and helpful you were and helped make this special day perfect. I can not recommend this hair salon enough

😍 I finally found a stylist that gets me and gets my hair. I rocked up to Serendipity with a photo of the style I wanted, and Julie only went and did it. We chatted about various elements along the way, combining my knowledge of my hair and her bonkers, expertise knowledge of cutting, and I got exactly what I envisioned. Having the hair I want has gone towards me getting my mojo back, I felt like a new, much more confident human as I left the salon.
The staff are absolutely lovely and made me feel right at home even though it was my first visit of many. The other clients were great which is a testament to the salon. I am so chuffed to have found a great stylist and look forward to playing around with more funky styles. Thank you x

Julie is simply the best hairdresser, she is a creative super stylist but still knows her basics and gives you a cut you can actually look after and keep looking good at home.

You don't go to the salon to be looked down at, you go to be greeted like an old friend, looked after and leave looking your glamorous best

Julie is not just "Queen of Colour" a tile she richly deserves, she is the goddess of good hair days!

I won't go anywhere else.

I successfully destroyed and bleach killed my hair during lockdown. Julie has given me my locks back. What Julie doesn't know about hair colouring isn't worth knowing! Highly recommended 👌
