Nails were okay however the lady who added my design did not let the uv glue dry in which she was very aware of and continued to let me leave without it drying, my natural nails are destroyed even after having soaked my extensions off. Honestly really disappointed i was so excited to try new York nails as their work looks gorgeous and reviews were fairly good. Dont recommend them!

I have been here many times and have never had a problem however, this time i did. I got my nails done one day before i went on holiday, the design wasn’t even on both sides but i didn’t care as much. after two days, one nail popped off effortlessly . they had said they would fix it free of charge. Over the next few days after that, all of my nails lifted and have had a few others popped off not worth fixing. It was a new person who did my nails however, paying £40 for nails that didn’t even last a week has upset me. I understand that sometimes a single nail can pop off but its definitely not normal for them all to. I won’t be coming back. they usually last up to a month.
