My Girlfriend came home with these awesome nails for £40 and said that the staff and the service provided were fantastic, her nails are amazing and we’re both chuffed to bits about it!

Went in ask for soak of and builder gel on natural nails lady started filing gel polish of not unusual then they normally soak them of but no this woman kept filing them burning my nails with the electric file when I asked her not to take much of my natural length she did them very very short and didn’t even ask about shape just did them how she wanted and she said she had finished I still had acrylic left on my nails I told her I asked for builder gel she sighed and put it on top of the acrylic that was left on my nails she then charged me £35 pound
I’m not a confrontational person so just paid and left but as she did not soak them of properly I don’t think I should have been charged for soak of as they weren’t soaked of the were filed of and not even properly
I’ve only ever used Hannah’s for nails before and have always love it and never had a problem but this lady had put me of it’s like she just did not listen to what I wanted and just did what she wanted

Will definitely not be returning to this place! Went to get my nails soaked off and I have been left with my natural nails completely butchered. £10 for my nails to be bleeding and biab not even completely soaked off, I’m still picking bits of it off now and I had this service 6/12/24, it’s now the 9/12/24. Could tell that they rushed the service and wanted me gone even though shop was empty when I got there. Clearly just wanted to take my money. Should be absolutely ashamed really. Avoid this place

Really recommend this nail salon. Very friendly, went out of their way to do the design I requested. Always have issues with people going close enough to the cuticle and they did it spot on. I'm not sure why people have put that they are rude and should maybe recognise they are Vietnamese not Chinese which says something more about them than the people working in the shop. In fact I heard customers being quite rude to the staff.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting! The staff clearly talk about you in their own language and it’s so rude. They tell you the waiting time is 10mins..30/40mins later I was still sitting there no apology or explanation on how long they would be. They do not care about the customers at all. They just want your money and to get you out as quickly as possible. Hopefully a new bar will open so this place disappears.

Went with half decent nails, but thought I would treat myself. The girl cut them all down so short it felt uncomfortable, absolutely butchered my natural nails! Showed them a picture from their own page of what I wanted painted. Half way through I queried them as they were looking only vaguely like the picture, I was so rudely spoken to that I didn’t want to say they missed off the one colour as well. Soaked the nails off and my natural nails look atrocious. Wish I never went as will take ages to have my nice nails back 🥲 do not recommend unless you’re not bothered about your natural nails

Used this salon for a while but WILL NOT be going back! Customer service is awful! They're rude and clearly talk about you amongst themselves in chinese. Normally every set I've had has lasted me 3 weeks plus! This time 2 nails have snapped off within 3 days of leaving salon! Safe to say after the rudeness last time I will not be returning.
