Google I had a disappointing experience. The staff member was unfriendly, rushed me while choosing a colour, and he wasn’t patient. The results didn’t match the high prices my nails turned out thick and uneven.

Google Really disappointing experience. The staff were quite rude and didn’t seem happy to have customers at all—no smiles, no sense of welcome. My pedicure felt extremely rushed and I actually had to go back because it wasn’t done properly the first time. It also felt quite uncomfortable when they were talking in their own language while looking at me. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t return

You visited for a spa pedicure with regular polish, and the treatment itself went smoothly, with no concerns raised at the time. Before leaving, our team advised allowing extra drying time especially as you were wearing closed shoes, which can affect the finish. Unfortunately, the polish was damaged after you left, and you returned for us to fix it.
When you came back, we were happy to repair the polish. We also recommended bringing flip-flops when opting for regular polish, as this helps reduce drying time at the salon. However, you were wearing even tighter shoes during your second visit. While we did our best to assist, we explained that the polish required more time to dry properly. We understand you were in a rush, which made this difficult.
For context, another client receiving the same service at the same time stayed for over 30 minutes to ensure their polish was fully dry.
We always aim to deliver the best possible results and genuinely tried to accommodate and resolve the issue for you. We’re sorry this situation did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.

Google This salon was the most unfriendly place I have ever visited. The staff were happy to talk to each other but did not engage, smile or chat to us customers -and I tried to talk and be friendly. This made the atmosphere and experience unpleasant and my questions went unanswered. On top of paying a hefty £73 for my nails, some don't look that straight or even in shape/length. When asked about this I was told it was my fingers... okay! The service throughout was poor, nothing was really explained, and even choosing a colour was met with minimal effort. I was huffed at and in all I can not recommend this unpleasant, expensive experience.
