Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience; however, we are unable to locate a booking under your name in our client records. We have reviewed all bookings from 1–31 March 2025 and could not find a matching appointment.

All of our bookings are managed through Treatwell and our own app, both of which maintain comprehensive client records. Additionally, our acrylic pricing does not align with the amount mentioned in your review. Our acrylic full set is £35 with regular polish and £45 with gel polish.

We occasionally receive enquiries intended for another salon with a similar name outside central London, so it is possible this review was posted in error on our Google page. We are Pixie Nails, based in St John’s Wood, London.

We would appreciate it if you could contact us directly so we can look into this further and clarify the matter.

We’re genuinely pleased to hear that you loved your nails and that our technician made you feel comfortable — we will be sure to pass along your kind words to her.

At the same time, we sincerely apologise for the confusion around pricing and for how the situation appeared during your visit. The quoted price did not include the £5 cat eye charge, which was an honest error on our part and this is not the experience we aim to provide. Pricing should always be clear and honoured once quoted, and any staff discussions should be handled privately and professionally.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it highlights areas where we need to improve our communication and professionalism. Your feedback has been taken seriously and will be addressed internally to ensure a better experience for both our clients and our team going forward.
