Avoid - rude and patronising - they let the AI do the booking and it got everything wrong and then after failing to reach through to them to get my booking amended I only kept hitting the AI wall. Finally I gave up and booked my advance tickets and the day after they call and say it could not be honoured. I paid the price and learned a hard lesson for their glitchy AI. moral of story - don’t go to anyone who puts AI and not a human as they don’t care about human interaction and won’t care about you either

Owner Response:

Hi A Ni,we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
We would like to clarify that the voucher terms stated that bookings were only valid from Tuesday to Wednesday, this was included on the voucher at the time of purchase.
We understand that the situation is frustrating especially regarding the booking process and communication
If you would still like us to review your case further please feel free to contact us
Thanks passion hair
