Very unprofessional, and the quality of product and work was disappointing.

Before cutting my nails short, the technician did not check or confirm the nail shape with me. My nails went from obvious trapezoidal to round without my approval, and by then it was too late to fix. When I asked why he didn’t confirm the shape, he became upset instead of addressing my concern. I have to leave with my nail like this.

I will not be returning here.

Terrible service I honestly left worse than I arrived.
I got a manicure and pedicure, and the polish started peeling off the same day. 50£ The job was so poorly done it looked like a child could’ve done it better.He took 40 min to do everything. I went back to ask for a refund or at least a partial refund, and they refused to take any responsibility. No apology, no solution. My nails looked worse after the appointment than they did before. I’m honestly shocked they think this level of work is acceptable. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced don’t use this nail shop, I came in with a simple request of white tips on both nails and feet, I explained to the man working in the shop exactly how I wanted them done and had a picture reference, he started off with the pedicure which was all fine until he passed me over too his wife she cut my toenails extremely short borderline painful which of course I did not want and also super wonky I asked her to fix this for me, she started talking in her language and stormed off her husband took over, I suggested we apply acrylic on them to give them back there length and they said they don’t do this (something I’ve never heard of) he managed to make them look somewhat presentable so I continued as I’m not usually one to moan about a service once my toenails were done the wife simply refused me service for my fingernails with no explanation she was just in the back cussing in her language which was extremely unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable I would advise everyone to not use this nail shop

Simply the WORST and most painful nail bar experience of my entire life! I just asked for the gel to be removed and a simple manucure with normal nail polish. My nails were perfectly fine beforehand. And this is the « final result ». I’m speechless. This man literally ruined my nails (And the horrible cigarette smell on his hands was hardly bearable). All but professional. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I went in to this place hoping for a nice full set with shellac and I came out with the worst shaping ever to the point where I'm having to reshape them myself. The place was very unhygienic and had an awful smell. I definetly would not recommend this place to anyone.
