I would not recommend this salon. The place was very dirty, and I had serious doubts about hygiene and disinfection. The nail files seemed to be reused, and the kraft sterilization pouch was already open. It was honestly shocking. In my opinion, this is completely unsanitary. The staff were also speaking their own language to each other in front of the client, which felt unprofessional. The manicure was poor, but that is nothing compared to the hygiene issues.

Went for a gel removal (because my usual was closed). They completely ruined my nails with all the filing. They now hurt and so weak. They made me pay 15 pounds and also acted disappointed when I did not have cash with me.

If I could rate it 0, I would. Very rushed and they keep adding extras in person so the price keeps increasing and not consistent, not to mention my nails have only broken every time I’ve had a manicure at this place. Staff are rude and speak about clients in their own language. Disappointing.

I often went here for a massage, but recently I had my worst massage ever, and I don't think I will return: it was the last appointment of the day, so the staff seemed rushed. The lady who did my massage didn't seem to know what she was doing; her touch was unpleasant and rough; she used excessive oil for no reason; I ended up having pain in my neck because of her treatment.

Not very careful and gentle with your nails
And when I told here it was hurting she rolled her eyes .. told me one price over the phone and then change the price much higher when I needed to pay

What I asked for vs what I got…see pictures.
Very disappointing especially at their price point. When I told them the “finished nails” looked nothing like what I showed them on Pinterest they said they should have done a different technique but it’s too late.

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience, especially when the massage therapist climbed onto my back!!! I was left with bruises and in pain. When reaching out to the salon I had no response.
