I booked in for a manicure and pedicure for my first visit here, and I was genuinely blown away. This has to be one of the most beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed nail salons I’ve ever visited — and coming from Southern California, I’ve been to a lot of salons over the past 35 years!

Everything was spotless, stylish, relaxing, and incredibly professional. The staff were so kind and attentive, and I was even offered a delicious iced coffee from their amazing drinks menu. Such a lovely touch.

I had both a mani and pedi and the entire experience felt luxurious from start to finish. I’m officially a regular now and can’t wait to come back to try some of their other services, especially the facial and hair spa treatments.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would!

What a treat having the spa on our doorstep! Saturday I had a manicure (with complimentary neck and shoulder massage). Sunday (today) wonderful pedi with Jessica. The attention to detail is amazing and the ambiance is so peaceful. Felt totally distressed leaving! I’ll be back! Thanks. Ali

Living near the salon and suffering from my lower back, I went for a body massage which was very pleasant and relieved the pain. The staff was very nice and professional and the overall experience excellent to the point that the following weekend I offered my son and daughter in law visiting us in Pimlico a massage to each one. My daughter in law also had her nails done and came back with really nice red colour finger nails. Both were very satisfied with their experience and surely will want to repeat during another visit to Pimlico. Excellent iced latte and biscuits as wellness

I visited this nail shop for the first time because they had availability, but my experience was disappointing. The salon itself is clean and looks nice, and the staff were polite, but the pricing was not clear or fair.

I originally asked for an infill and was told it would cost £66, which surprised me because I had checked their website beforehand and the price listed was £55. I also asked about an extension on one big toe and was told that would be £10.

In addition, I wanted to remove gel colour and switch to normal nail polish. I was told this would cost £40 just for the removal on my big toe, which I did not agree to. On top of that, I was charged an extra £10 to tone acrylic, which felt unreasonable especially for such a small service.

While the work on my hands was good, the nail extension on my toe was not done well.

To make matters worse, my total came to £65. I paid £80, but I was only given £14 in change instead of £15, and it was in coins. As a business owner myself, I find this unacceptable and not a good customer experience.

There are other salons nearby that offer much better value and are more transparent with their pricing. While the shop looks nice, I felt overcharged and misled. I won’t be returning. I hope they take this feedback on board, improve their service, and be more mindful and transparent with their pricing, especially considering other salons nearby.

I’ve lived in Pimlico for just under a year now and have tried quite a few nail salons in the area, but Six Sense Spa is on another level.

The space is absolutely stunning: incredibly luxurious, spotless, and calm, yet still feels warm, inviting, and cosy. Honestly, it’s the Hermès of nail salons.

What really stood out to me was the level of care. In the past, I’ve often been accidentally cut during treatments elsewhere, but here the attention to detail and gentleness was exceptional. I felt completely at ease throughout my BIAB appointment.

The staff are also just lovely, so friendly, welcoming, and a genuine pleasure to be around.

I’m genuinely so happy they’ve opened in the area. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer going forward. Highly recommend 🤍
