Hi Maya Rivers,
We have carefully checked our booking system and could not find any appointment or customer record under your name. We also never received any complaint directly regarding pricing or service from you.

This is also your second review, after the first one was removed by Google due to policy violations. In your original review, you clearly stated that you are “A NAIL TECH MYSELF,” while also claiming this was your “first time” getting a set done, which is contradictory.

Additionally, we have no invoice or service record matching your description of a £110 simple swirl design set or any report of pain, irritation, or dissatisfaction. If this experience truly happened, we do not understand why no complaint was raised directly at the salon at the time.

You also accused our salon of poor hygiene and unsafe practices. As a fellow nail technician, you should understand that some tools can be safely reused after cleaning, while all cuticle and nail cutting tools are individually sanitised and sterilised properly for each client. Hygiene and customer safety have always been one of our top priorities.

To us, it feels as though every possible “red flag” associated with a bad nail salon was intentionally placed onto our business in order to discourage future customers. We believe this is unfair and unethical within our profession.

We are hardworking nail technicians ourselves and take pride in our work and reputation. Based on the lack of booking records, invoices, and direct communication, we can only conclude that you never actually visited our salon.

That said, thank you for complimenting our staff. If you genuinely wish to resolve this matter, we welcome you to contact us directly and discuss it properly in person.

We will not continue responding publicly to edits or further online accusations without direct contact.
