I had a very pleasant experience at this nail salon. The staff was incredibly polite, kind, and professional throughout my visit. They took their time to make sure everything was done properly, and their attention to detail really showed in the final result.

I would also like to kindly encourage clients to be just as respectful and understanding as the staff. They work hard to provide quality services, and a little patience and politeness can go a long way in creating a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the services I received and would definitely recommend this salon to others.

This was a very unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this salon based on the service, hygiene standards, and lack of accountability.

I visited this salon on 15th April 2025 for a simple white chrome manicure, but the experience was extremely disappointing.

The staff were rude and unprofessional from the start. The nail technician who worked on my nails seemed rushed and lacked proper care or attention to detail. Basic steps like cuticle trimming were skipped entirely, and the polish was applied far too close to the nail bed, causing discomfort.

Hygiene was also a major concern. The equipment appeared dirty, and the final result reflected that. My nails had visible smudges, small particles trapped in the polish, and noticeable bubbles on both hands. The overall finish looked messy and poorly done.

When it came time to pay, the situation became even more frustrating. The technician attempted to shift blame onto me for the poor result, despite the issues clearly stemming from the tools and application. The pricing was not communicated transparently, and I was charged without being shown a clear price list. Communication was minimal and evasive throughout the process.

Very rude and umprofessional man working the evening of Tuesday, April 15. My best friend went to get her nails done for my wedding and not only was the man disrespectful and unkind, the nails are done so poorly she may need them redone. There's foreign items embedded in the gel, I don't know what these flakes are but it's unsanitary. Her cuticles weren't trimmed and the gel is placed dangerously close to them. Definitely not a nail tech I'd EVER recommend.

Got my eyebrows done today, I asked to not make them thin but everyone around me is shocked at how thin they look, really impacted my confidence and I’m not happy. Usually they do a good job but I don’t know why this happened today. I’m really sad.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 5 years, and this was the only place I trusted to get my nails done. Sadly, things have changed. The staff I used to know are gone, and the new team is extremely rude. The quality of the nail work has gone downhill as well. The lady with the purple hair was so rough and unkind that I actually left in tears. After years of loyalty, I will not be coming back. Very disappointing to see how this shop has changed.
