I just had a haircut with Samira. She was very knowledgable and attentive. She listened to my concern and did a haircut to address the problem (dead ends) and also suggested a few routine tasks that I can do at home to recover the length and overall hair condition.

I honestly can’t recommend Ibtisam enough — I just had my eyebrows done, a body wax, facial, and a lash lift & tint with her and it was genuinely the BEST experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She’s so warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does.

My eyebrows have never looked this good — perfectly shaped but still natural. The facial left my skin glowing and so refreshed, and the lash lift & tint completely transformed my eyes without needing any makeup. Every detail was done with so much care and precision, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work.

بصراحة ما أقدر أوصي بإبتسام كفاية — سويت عندها حواجب، بودي واكس، فيشل، وليفت وتنت للرموش، وكانت فعلاً أحلى تجربة مرّت علي. من أول ما دخلت حسّتني بالراحة والاهتمام، أسلوبها راقي وتخليك تحسين إنك مميزة، وواضح قدّيش هي تحب شغلها وتبدع فيه.

حواجبي عمرها ما كانت بهالجمال — مرتبة بطريقة طبيعية وحلوة جداً. الفيشل خلّى بشرتي تلمع وتحسّها منعشة ونظيفة، وليفت وتنت الرموش غيّر شكل عيوني بالكامل بدون ما أحتاج ميك أب. كل تفصيلة كانت متقنة وباهتمام واضح، وتحسين إنها تشتغل من قلب.
