I had paid £80 for two massages after having gone for one before, they told me to call anytime to book them. When I went to book I was told they had been taken over by new management and I have no way to contact Saasha to get a refund so that £80 has gone down the drain. I had no email that they were shutting down, the only reason I found out is through the new management website Vera Clinic appearing for bookings instead of Saasha. I also received no contact information or any information from the current management, who were not helpful at all, when I emailed them so there is no way to contact for a refund.

I booked the "couples massage" as a gift to my friend and her partner which turned out to be not a couples massage, but a single persons massage which lasted 1h 15min. So they were asked to pay double. Her partner ended up leaving as they would have had the couples massage in the separate rooms anyway. I have tried contacting the salon, but my attempts were ignored.

Note that having a small print saying the couples massage is 60 each does not translate to 60 per person.

I am not happy with the service in this salon as I ordered a 90min package (massage and facial)
and I had a treatment for only 1 hour. Even when I complained, the manager was trying to find excuses that I needed time to change etc. I do NOT recommend.

90 min massage with Kajol, on appointment time room not ready, Flimsy products and smelly room.
In massage feet part not included, both front and back part of thai’s not included, only knees included in front part. So mainly back massage, crushed elbows on my back, wasted time in washing utensils and going in and out to talk colleague petty things while doing massage, finished massage earlier.
In 90 minutes only 10 minutes between head and face, and barely done hands.
Salon owner not interested in feedback.

Had the pleasure of meeting Kajol during my 90min massage and facial (booked on Groupon). Great value for money, even without the voucher. This was the best massage I've ever experienced - Kajol is such a lovely woman and incredibly talented at what she does, and her passion shines through. 10/10 would recommend to everyone :)

I have been doing laser sessions and microdermabrasion facials at Saasha for years and have had the most amazing results with Kajol. The hair on my body has improved so much. I have had various facials in numerous clinics such as microneedling BUT the results from the Microdermabrasion facials i do with Kajol have been the best facials I have had so far. My skin looks much clearer and I have seen a massive reduction in the acne spots. Would recommend Saasha clinic and Kajol for any treatments!!

The laser hair removal treatment at Shasha Clinic is the best, it’s very effective. The beauticians Kojal and Tanya is the best when it comes to laser hair removal, she makes sure you get the best treatment and result. The laser room is always very comfy, warm and organised. The beautician Tanya will give you the greatest massage service ever, it’s a relaxing environment, she is a professional massage therapist who will make sure all those body aches are gone. After a facial service with Kojal I won’t book with any other clinic or beautician, she makes sure to close and clean all those pores, blackheads.

The laser is great! I have seen such an improvement since starting this treatment. I have recommended many friends who also absolutely love their results!
Kajol is amazing, she really takes her time and effort when doing my treatments.
If you would like to do facial treatments or body massage I must say Kajol is fantastic and would definitely recommend her! You wont be disappointed!!!
